I am an international customer (within or outside the EU). How can I order?
It is important that your order contains the following:
- Official tax name of your company
If you are a new customer, you will need to provide us with all the details on which the invoice will be issued (Company name, registered office address, country) as well as landline and mobile phone numbers. - European VAT number if available (for businesses within the EU)
- Product CODES and PACK QUANTITIES you need in each code
- The contact information of the transport company that will receive your order.
In case you are a non-EU company. and you wish to be exempt from VAT, your transport company should additionally undertake the customs declaration of the order.
How will I be informed about the progress of my order?
If an item is out of stock or expected, our warehouse department gets in contact with you to see if you would like a replacement or hold the item as a pending item in our system.
When the packaging of your order is complete, we will send you the proforma invoice with all the necessary information, box dimensions, weight, etc. of your order - which you can use for the bank deposit and for your transport company.
When will my order be shipped after payment?
As soon as the payment appears in our company's bank account, we will contact your carrier to pick up your order from our premises.
Is there anything extra I should be aware of as a foreign customer?
Our company's policy is EXWORKS, i.e. the shipping company is indicated by the customer and the shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
The carrier collects from our warehouse having as destination the recipient of the order.
In the case of receiving the order from a courier company, the customer gives the order of receipt after being informed that the order is ready for collection.
The invoice issued by us will not include transport costs.
A minimum order limit of 80 EUR is applied to orders from foreign customers.
In the case of foreign customer orders of less than 80 EUR, an extra charge applies (export folder opening fee).
